Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unworn.
  • Item must be in original condition.
  • Item must be returned with original packaging.
  • All certificates, documents, and accessories must be included.
  • Item must not show signs of damage, alteration, or misuse.

Monteluca reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made jewellery
  • Bespoke jewellery designs
  • Personalized or engraved products
  • Made-to-order engagement rings
  • Special-order diamonds
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Because these pieces are created specifically for the customer, they cannot be resold.


3. Loose Diamond Returns

Eligible loose lab-grown diamonds may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The diamond remains in its original condition.
  • The original IGI certificate is included.
  • The diamond has not been altered, mounted, or damaged.

Missing certificates may result in deductions from the refund amount.


4. Engagement Rings & Jewellery Returns

Eligible engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and other jewellery may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet our return requirements.

Items showing signs of wear, resizing, modification, or damage may not qualify for a full refund.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Securely package the item and ship it using the approved return method.

After the returned item has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Alternative jewellery styles
  • Eligible replacement products

Exchange availability depends on inventory and product eligibility.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs

We will work promptly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


9. Ring Resizing

Many engagement rings may qualify for complimentary resizing within a specified period after delivery.

Eligibility depends on:

  • Ring design

  • Stone setting style

Please contact our team before arranging any third-party resizing, as this may void eligibility for returns or warranties.


10. International Returns

Monteluca serves customers worldwide.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs declarations
  • Applicable duties or taxes

Monteluca is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


11. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was received damaged.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The return is due to an error by Monteluca.

We recommend using:

  • Insured shipping
  • Trackable delivery services
  • Signature confirmation

Monteluca is not responsible for lost return shipments.


12. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins.

Custom, personalized, or bespoke orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
